GUARANTEE AND RETURNS
At New Moon Pads your satisfaction is a priority. All products are guaranteed for quality and workmanship. If you’re unsure of a particular product I recommend just purchasing one or two to try initially. If purchasing multiple pads, please launder and use only one or two to ensure fit and satisfaction before laundering all items in your order as items must be in NUU (new, unused, unwashed) condition to qualify for return. Sale items and custom orders (including Ultra Pads and Personal Incontinence Pads) are nonrefundable. Have a problem? Let me know and I will be happy to work with you on solving the issue. If returning a product please contact me for a return authorization number (RAN). Returns will be given as a store credit or exchange. Returns coming from outside of Canada must be marked as a returned item and the value listed at $0.00. If an item is returned for exchange, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and shipping charges will be applied to the replacement order or deducted from the store credit if initial shipping costs were paid by New Moon Pads. A restocking fee may be applied if a refund is requested rather than a store credit or exchange on returned products as they cannot be resold and are instead donated to charity (there is no restocking fee on exchanges or store credits).
