With the current economic situation, making ends meet can be difficult. To help ease some of the financial burden, we've lowered our free shipping minimum to Canada and the US so you can spend less and still get free shipping and keep more of your money in your pocket by eliminating the month-to-month cost of disposable pads.

TURNAROUND TIMELINE

Orders ship out within 3 to 5 business days, excluding stats and holidays, via standard postal service. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been processed through shipping.

SHIPPING TIMELINES

Shipping timelines are approximate and not guaranteed as occasionally delays can occur that are beyond our control once a shipment is in the hands of the postal service. Standard shipping timelines may be affected by increased volumes, adverse climate events, and/or health safety protocols, so please be prepared for possible delays.

Canada  1-2 weeks (5-10 business days) via postal seervice

USA  1-2 weeks (5-10 business days) via postal service

International  1-4 weeks (5-20 business days) via postal service.

International orders are in USD. If ordering from outside of North America, please check to see if your country is receiving shipments before placing your order. Please do not order if your country is on the "Service Suspended" list. Even if your country is receiving shipments, timelines can be very long due to high package volumes and COVID-19 safety protocols. International orders are subject to inspection on entering the destination country and may incur tax, duty, and/or VAT fees, which are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. Some countries offer discounted or nil rates for menstrual hygiene products (each package has a coded number that supplies the package content information to customs). VAT fees by country.

VARIANTS IN TIMELINES

Delays can occur due to customs and border security for orders sent to destinations outside of Canada, along with many other variables, including geographical location (Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii, APO, etc.) and climates, both natural (weather) and political. For reasons beyond my control, orders can, and sometimes do, require a longer shipping timeline than those estimated. Please rest assured that even if a package does take longer than estimated to get to you, it’s very rare for an order to actually go missing.

TRACKING INFO

Tracking numbers are available on most orders over 1 kg. Canada Post does not supply tracking numbers for small packet orders under 1 kg. Orders can be upgraded to tracked package for a fee. Request a tracking quote.

RECYCLABLE PACKAGING

All labelling and packaging are kept to a bare minimum. Product labels are made of paper and can be passed along to someone else when you’re done with them, as you would a business card, or be recycled or composted. Manilla envelopes, tear-resistant poly mailers, or corrugated boxes are used for shipping and are all recyclable.

DISCRETION

All packages are mailed in plain packaging with the return address and company name, as well as the website name and logo, with no mention made of the specific nature of the contents or business. For out-of-country shipments, the package contents are listed as cloth pads for customs purposes, with no reference to "menstrual" or "feminine hygiene" (there is a coded number that supplies that information for customs). If you would like further discretion, just let me know at checkout and I will be happy to replace "NewMoonPads.com" with "ReneeMcKay.com" on the packaging.

Shipping quotes apply to retail website orders only. Orders must total the free shipping minimum after any discounts to qualify for free shipping. If an incorrect shipping address is given and an order has to be reshipped, there will be a shipping charge for the replacement order. If an order is returned and then cancelled by the customer, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund if the original shipping was paid by New Moon Pads.
