Shipping Days I ship every business day. Orders are usually processed through shipping the same or next business day (depending on what time of day your order is received) at which time you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If for some reason your order is delayed beyond three days to be processed through shipping, I will notify you of the delay. Shipping timelines are guidelines and not guaranteed as sometimes delays can occur which are beyond my control once a shipment is in the hands of the postal service. Shipping Timelines / Tax and Duty Fee Info CANADA Approximately 5-10 business days Only 5% tax and no duty fees on all Canadian orders no matter where you live in Canada. UNITED STATES Approximately 5-10 business days (though shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and APO destinations can take longer due to their geographical location) No tax or duty fees on US orders under $200 no matter where you live in the US. INTERNATIONAL Approximately 10-20 business days (though some destinations such as Australia and New Zealand can take a longer timeline due to their geographical location) Tax and duty fees vary on international orders. To find your country’s fees (and how much product you can order without having to pay the fees) do a Google search for “tax and duty fees for (insert country name here)” Customer is responsible for tax or duty fees, where applicable. Variants in Shipping Timelines Delays can occur due to border security (for international orders) and many other variables dependent on the postal service. International orders can, and sometimes do, take a longer shipping timeline if there are customs delays. It has happened where an international air parcel has taken up to 6 weeks to arrive, though this is rare and usually the 7-28 days is the average timeline. Tracking numbers are available to all Canadian orders over 200 grams, all US orders over 1 kg and all international orders over 2 kg. US orders under 1 kg and international orders under 2 kg are shipped as "Small Packet" and tracking numbers are not available for these smaller orders. The customer is responsible for any and all duty, customs fees, VAT fees and/or taxes for orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada. Insurance If you would like to have your order insured please let me know and I will be happy to arrange that for you. You will be billed separately for the insurance. Recyclable Packaging Product labels are made of paper and can be passed along to someone else when you’re done with them (as you would a business card), or can be recycled or composted.
